Residential property prices in Dublin rose by 0.5 percent in January, according to the latest figures from the Central Statistics Office.
Dublin house prices were up 2.8 per cent year-on-year last month, while apartment prices were 4.6 percent lower than in January 2012.
At a national level, residential property prices were 0.6 percent lower in January, compared to December 2012.
Excluding Dublin, national prices fell by an average of 1.6 percent last month – a 7 percent drop on the previous year. (Jan 2012)
