Derry City and Strabane District Council’s planning committee has given approval for a major housing development in Magheramason.
The development will include construction of 67 dwellings with landscaping and ancillary works.
The development will include 7 detached, 54 semi-detached and 6 townhouses at 131 Victoria Road.
