An Inishowen Councillor has called for a new and modern Garda Station in Carndonagh after vehicles were damaged earlier this week.
Two cars had their windows smashed in the Carndonagh Public Car Park on Monday night or early Tuesday morning.
Cllr Albert Doherty has confirmed Gardaí have been contacted and is asking the local community to assist with enquiries.
He says the community needs a new Garda station and locally based Gardaí who are accessible, contactable and have high visibility:
