Donegal has recorded the second lowest average house price in the country last year.
New CSO figures show the average price rose by 5%, from €166,500 in 2024 to €175,600 in 2025.
Despite the increase, the county remains among the most affordable housing markets in Ireland.
The data also shows the number of property transactions fell slightly by 1%, to 1,698.
