A man in his 50’s who was being questioned by gardai in connection with the murder of another man in Donegal last February – has been released without charge.
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
24-year-old Andrew Allen, who was originally from Derry, was shot dead by gunmen at his home at Links View Park in Buncrana on February 9th.
