Mc Ginley and Mc Hugh urged to state their positions on education cuts

Donegal Fine Gael TDs Dinny McGinley and Joe McHugh have been called on to clarify their stance on what has been described as ‘the Education Minister’s attack on small rural schools’
Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill set the challenge after Galway Fine Gael Senator Fidelma Healy Eames described the policy as ‘social engineering of the worst kind’ and said Ruairí Quinn is ‘ripping at the structures of rural life’.
Fianna Fail claims that in Donegal at least 16 posts to go at primary level in September and 101 primary schools in the county facing staff cuts over the next three years.
