Viable device made safe in Derry

What has been described as a viable device, has been made safe in the Drumleck Drive area of Derry.
A security alert had been ongoing since the device was discovered leading to homes being evacuated.
The police have conformed that the ATO has made safe the device which has been taken away for further examination.
There are no further details at present.
