A Letterkenny Councillor is calling for immediate action to complete repairs on the Glencar Road before the town council is abolished in two months time.
Cllr Jimmy Kavanagh, a sitting member of Letterkenny Town Council who is contesting the county council elections in May for Fine Gael says money was agreed to fix the road last year, but some work is still outstanding.
Cllr Kavanagh says the road sustained significant damage in the flooding last July, and the council should now pull out all the stops to have the works completed……….
