It’s been claimed that a number of residents in Donegal believe their water may be cut off if they don’t pay their water bills.
Right2Water in west Donegal say they have been contacted by people who have received text messages from Irish water requesting payment.
The campaign claim it’s a sign of desperation by Irish Water due to the low turnout of payments so far.
