The HSE is being urged to restore home help hours in Donegal.
It’s after new figures revealed that the provision of home help hours in the county dropped by almost 3,500 hours last year compared with 2016.
Senator Padraig MacLochlainn believes this is having a knock on effect on the overcrowding crisis at Letterkenny University Hospital.
He’s calling on the HSE to reverse these cuts now in 2018:
