Cocaine has been a long standing issue in Donegal.
That’s according to Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council Martin Harley.
Cllr. Harley owns a pub in Ballybofey.
He says that while many believe it is only a problem for big towns and cities, this is simply not true:
