PSNI in Strabane have shared an appeal following reports of a snake on the loose around Chestnut Park at around 10:30pm last night.
It is around 1m in length and is white with grey markings.
Locals are warned to not approach the reptile and to call police should they see it.
Anyone who believes they know the owner is also asked to bring that information to officials.

PSNI have confirmed that the snake has been located.
