A businessman is believed to have been assaulted in Derry following the Apprentice Boys Parade in the City on Saturday.
Police say they received a report of an assault in the Spencer Road area shortly before 6pm on Saturday.
They are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward as enquiries continue.
