Letterkenny’s Cathedral Quarter has announced the programme of events for Culture Night.
The event is taking place on Friday September 19th at No. 3 Church Lane and the yard behind.
Culture Night celebrates the heritage, theatre and live music in the heart of Letterkenny’s cultural district.
Between 6 and 10pm at No. 3 Church Lane, guests will have the opportunity to discover the vision behind the restoration of the Cathedral Quarter, explore the area’s unique history, and meet the volunteers and community members driving this transformative project..
At 7.15pm, Elusive Theatre will present a live performance of Alfred Hitchcock’s The Dangerous People in The Yard behind No. 1 and No. 3 Church Lane.
That will then be followed by Music in the Yard at 8.00pm, featuring performances from artists closely connected to the Cathedral Quarter project.
A spokesperson for the Cathedral Quarter says Culture Night is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the area’s heritage “while showcasing the creativity and talent rooted in our community.”
All events are free of charge and open to the public.
