Searches continue today in Donegal & Derry for missing man John Concannon

 

The search for missing Derry man John Concannon is continuing today.
Mr Concannon has been missing now for almost a week.
Detectives say the last confirmed sighting they have is of Mr Concannon at Lenamore Road.
He is five feet six inches in height and was wearing a black and grey beanie hat, a black coat, checked shirt and navy trousers when last seen.
Searches continue to be carried out in the area and by Gardaí in adjacent locations in Donegal.
An underwater search team began a search of a waterway in the area earlier this afternoon.
The PSNI believe there is a possibility that Mr Concannon, who has family connections in Muff, may have went over the border into County Donegal.
