The Chair of the European Parliament Brexit Steering Group is visiting the Irish border today along with Midlands North West MEP Marian Harkin for a number of engagements.
Guy Verhofstadt, the parliament’s Brexit coordinator, will have discussions with a number of groups whose members will be significantly affected by Brexit.
He will also visit a farm on the border, where he will meet with co-op representatives, as well as four farming organisations.
