Keith Cowan signs up for Premier season at Harps

Keith Cowan is back on board at Finn Park for the 2019 Premier Division season.
Last year’s captain has signed on the dotted line for another campaign bringing to 15 the players who have committed to the Ballybofey side next year.
The Ramelton man confirmed he’s sticking with the Harps on a social media post.
