LUH second most overcrowded hospital again today

Letterkenny University Hospital was the second most overcrowded hospital again today with 43 people awaiting admission there this morning.
Eleven people were on trolleys in its Emergency Department while a further 32 people were waiting on wards.
It’s up seven on yesterday’s figure of 36.
Cork University Hospital was the most overcrowded today with 61 people waiting there.
Nationally, 583 people were waiting at hospitals across the country today.
