Power cuts hit thousasnds of homes between Letterkenny and Creeslough

Power has been lost to over 5,000 homes in Donegal over the past half hour, with some households already reconnected.
The ESB says the problems were concentrated in the are from Letterkenny to Creeslough via Fanad.
Power has already been restored to homes  around Milford and Kilmacrennan, with the main problems now centred on Gortlee and  Creeslough.
Crews are working to identify and resolve any problems in the network.
