PSNI in Derry are appealing for witnesses for an assault that occurred on June 17th to come forward.
The incident occurred between 11:45 and midnight on Waterloo Street.
A man was pushed from behind causing him to fall to the ground.
Its reported that the attacker was heard shouting at the victim using derogatory language.
Those who believe they have information should contact the police.
