Almost 500 homes on Arranmore Island will soon have access to fibre broadband.
The National Broadband Plan is being rolled out on the offshore island with connections set to go live in the autumn.
€128 million is being invested in Donegal under the National Broadband Plan which will see high speed connections delivered to 34,000 premises.
Works have already been completed in parts of the county.
