There needs to be an incentive for farmers to remove dangerous trees from their land.
That’s according to Cllr Donal Mandy Kelly, who was speaking at a meeting of Donegal County Council’s agriculture committee.
Cllr Kelly says a lot of work is required to undertake such a task.
