A 21-year-old man is due before Derry Magistrates’ Court today, charged with several motor-related offences.
The driver failed to stop for police and was subsequently arrested for dangerous driving, driving without insurance, and taking a motor vehicle without authority.
As is the usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
