The Tánaiste will deliver an update today on a framework agreement with the UK government to address legacy issues in the North.
Simon Harris will detail the progress so far, in his speech at the British Irish Association Conference in Oxford.
He’ll discuss approaches including tackling paramilitarism and addressing the legacy of historic violence across the islands.
He’ll also give details on the joint appointment of an independent expert on paramilitary group transition.
