A Max Murphy penalty in the 89th minute cost Finn Harps a point away to Bray on Friday night.
Harps took the lead on 27 minutes through Hans Mpongo before Billy O’Neill levelled the tie just six minutes later.
Sean Brennan was red carded for the hosts before Conor Tourish put Harps 2-1 up at the break.
Kevin McHugh’s men then conceded twice from Max Murphy penalties to sink to a narrow defeat.
