Gardaí have launched an investigation after a concrete flower pot was thrown through the window of a house in Donegal Town.
The incident occurred on Tirconaill Street at around 11:10 p.m. on Wednesday night last.
The resident was awoken by the sound of breaking glass and discovered that the concrete base of a plant pot had been thrown through the front window of their home.
Gardaí in Ballyshannon are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has information to contact them.
