Uisce Éireann has announced improvement works for Glencolmcille, where 300 old water mains are marked for replacement.
It is under the National Leakage Reduction Programme, in a bid to service the area with a more reliable water supply.
Crews will be carrying out these works along the R230 and L5055 with traffic lights in place and delays expected.
The works are expected to be completed before the end of this year.
