The North-West is set to get a bigger Lidl presence, as the German supermarket is actively exploring opportunities to open three new stores.
These stores are expected to be located in Crescent Link, Creggan, and Castlederg.
The expansion is part of the company’s planned £31 million investment in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area.
Plans remain at an early stage, with several potential locations currently being assessed.
