Police in Omagh are advising motorists that the Gillygooly Road is closed following a serious road traffic collision.
The road is closed between the Botera Road junction and the Coolkeeragh Road junction.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area, with the closure expected to remain in place for the foreseeable future.
