The sod has officially been turned on a major housing development on the former Tillie & Henderson shirt factory site in Derry.
131 social homes are being delivered as part of a £244 million investment to bring the site back into use.
The Tillie & Henderson factory, the largest manufacturing unit in Derry closed in the 1970s.
