RNLI assist ambulance service at Ludden Beach

Lough Swilly RNLI were tasked yesterday evening to assist the removal of a casualty at Ludden Beach. Just before 5:50pm the rescue service was contacted by Malin Head Coast Guard to assist the Ambulance Service. The casualty was removed to an ambulance and taken to Letterkenny University Hospital.

Burst water main affecting East Donegal

Work is ongoing in Lifford to repair a burst water main. Irish Water says repairs may cause supply disruptions to Tieveboy, Lifford and surrounding areas. A traffic management plan will be in place for the duration of the works. Works are scheduled to take place until midday.
