Property prices increase 9.8% to October

Property prices increased by 9.8% in the year to October. That’s down from 10.7% in September. CSO figures show property prices outside Dublin went up by 11%, while in the capital they rose by 8.3%. The median price for a home was €300,000 in the 12 months to October.
