It’s been a Bank Holiday weekend for Kilcar to remember. They are the 2024 All-Ireland Senior Football Gaeltacht Champions. In the senior final, in Cork, they defeated Leitir Mor of Galway on a scoreline of 0-2o to 1-8. Following the game, Highland Radio’s Ciaran Cannon spoke with Kilcar manager Michael Hegarty.
